zettapulsetechnologies.com does not sell finalized travel itineraries directly. Instead, zettapulsetechnologies.com collects your booking request and transmits it to supplier partners (such as tour operators, hotels, or other service providers) to verify availability and produce a final offer.
When making a distance booking request, you must be provided with information required for an informed choice, including key contract terms and procedures for claims/complaints. This page provides general terms about how requests are handled and how disputes may be addressed. For any confirmed service, the final terms (including dates, availability, inclusions, and total price) are subject to supplier verification and confirmation.
Any details shown during the booking request step (including suggested inclusions or indicative pricing) are preliminary. Supplier partners may adjust the final offer based on availability, capacity, seasonal conditions, and other verification factors. Your final purchase terms will be provided by the supplier as part of the confirmation process.
If there is a discrepancy between preliminary information displayed on the website and the supplier’s final confirmation, the supplier’s confirmed terms apply to the resulting service contract.
In accordance with distance sales/online booking requirements, you may submit claims/complaints and request dispute resolution through the business contact indicated below. The seller must provide procedures for claims/complaints and enable dispute handling via the business contact. We will coordinate with the applicable supplier partner where relevant, but any final responsibility for the provided service may rest with the supplier as the contract counterparty under the confirmed offer.
If the activity involves tourism intermediation (tour operators/agents depending on the supplier’s role), tourism-related information must be truthful and must include mandatory details about the tourism activity and related parties/contract terms where applicable. If licensed as a tour operator, intermediary/supplier information and contract terms must be posted and kept updated within the statutory update timeline. See: Ліцензійні умови провадження туроператорської діяльності.
If we process personal data (including for analytics/marketing), such processing requires a lawful basis, including consent where required, and we must provide data-subject rights and required information. See: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.
For use of electronic communications technologies, consent may be required and users should be able to refuse/opt out in the manner required by law. See: Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zettapulsetechnologies.com is not responsible for changes made by supplier partners after your booking request (including changes in availability, timing, inclusions, or final price). We do not control the actual performance of the service that is provided by the supplier under the confirmed offer.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable Ukrainian consumer protection law.
